Dehydrated Vegetables
Dehydrated vegetables and powders are convenient to have on hand for backpacking, camping, when traveling and for last minute additions to soups, stews, or sautéed dishes. These are the same high quality products that we use in our soup and pasta mixes. All have a shelf life of at least 24 months. No additives, preservatives or salt (exception – black olives).

Dehydrated Carrots
Rehydrate in boiling water for 10-15 minutes or add to soups and stews that will be heated for at least 10-15 minutes. 1/4cup dehydrated carrots yields about 2 cups hydrated carrots. 13.125 ounces (about 4 cups)

Dehydrated Olives

Dehydrated Red Bean Granules
Beans are an inexpensive and nutritious source of protein, iron, and other minerals. Add directly to sauces to boost protein and/or thicken. Also makes a delicious dip or refried bean product. Add 1 1/2 Tbsp of boiling water to 1 T bean granules. Great on burritos or tacos too. Bean granules have more texture than dehydrated bean powders. Weight 4 ounces, about 3/4 cup. Ingredients: Dehydrated red bean granules only. No lard or salt added.

Add equal parts of water to red wine powder to make a convenient alcohol-free wine product. Can also use directly in soups, sauces, marinades and baked goods to boost flavor.
